Simple Minds
Formed in Glasgow in 1977 around Jim Kerr and Charlie Burchill, the band has sold around 60 million albums. Six of them went to number one in the United Kingdom, including New Gold Dream in 1982 and Once Upon a Time in 1985. Don't You (Forget About Me) topped the Billboard Hot 100. Walk Between Worlds took them back to number four in Britain in 2018.
