France, the 25 other European Union countries and 14 countries outside the EU, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, Canada and Japan. The full list is in our shipping policy.

- France, standard: €4.90, free from €45
- France, express: €8.90
- European Union: €13.90
- United Kingdom: €19.90
- Rest of the world: €39.90
The exact amount appears before payment, once your address is entered.
Delivery times
Every print is produced and framed to order: allow 1 working day for making, then the parcel leaves the next working day. Transit is on top of that:
- France, standard: 2 to 3 working days
- France, express: 1 to 2 working days
- European Union: 4 to 8 working days
- Rest of the world: 7 to 15 working days
These times run from dispatch and remain indicative: a carrier delay, a seasonal peak or an incomplete address can make them longer.
Packaging and tracking
Reinforced packaging to protect the frame and its pane. You receive an email when you order, then a second one at dispatch, with the tracking number. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder before writing to us.
Customs duties outside the European Union
For Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Japan and other destinations outside the EU, customs duties, taxes or handling fees may be charged on arrival by the local authorities. They are not included in the price paid on the site and remain payable by you.
Returns and exchanges
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, whether the item is faulty or not. The item must come back to us as new: never hung, in its original packaging.
Write to us at contact@lemursonore.fr before sending anything back, with your order number. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item arrived damaged or does not match your order: in that case we cover it and we replace or refund the item.
The refund goes back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. Exchanges are accepted: tell us which item you would like in your request.
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, with no reason to give. Our 30-day policy is in addition to it and does not restrict it. The detail is in our refund policy.
Damaged or lost parcel
If the parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening it if you can, then write to us: we reship or refund, your choice, at no cost. A parcel with no tracking movement for more than 10 working days is treated as lost, and reshipped at our expense.
