Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return, whether the item is defective or not.

Conditions
The item must be returned to us as new: unused, not hung, in its original packaging and undamaged. The receipt or proof of purchase will be required.

Countries covered
We accept returns from: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States.

Requesting a return
Write to us at contact@lemursonore.fr before sending anything back, quoting your order number. We will reply with instructions. Items sent back without a prior request cannot be processed.

Return shipping and fees
Returns are made by post, to the following address: Le Mur Sonore, 42 Grande Rue, 01430 Saint-Martin-du-Frêne, France. Return shipping is at your expense: you choose the carrier and pay for the shipment. We recommend a tracked service, as the parcel remains under your responsibility until we receive it. No restocking fee is charged.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether it has been accepted. The refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days. How quickly it appears on your account then depends on your bank.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges. Tell us which item you would like when you request your return: as soon as we receive the returned item, we ship the new one. Any price difference is refunded or charged.

Defective or damaged items
Please check your order on arrival. If the item is defective, damaged or does not match your order, contact us immediately at contact@lemursonore.fr with a photo. In that case we cover the return shipping cost and either replace or refund the item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is delivered into the European Union, you also have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The direct cost of returning the goods remains at your expense. Our 30-day return policy, being longer, applies in addition to this right and does not restrict it.
