Van Halen
Founded in Pasadena in 1972 by brothers Eddie and Alex Van Halen, the band has sold more than 80 million albums worldwide. Their first record from 1978 and the album 1984 each passed ten million copies in the United States. Jump remains their only number one on the Billboard Hot 100. Inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2007.
