Frank Sinatra
Around 150 million records sold, thirteen Grammy Awards and an Oscar for best supporting actor for From Here to Eternity, in 1953. After Columbia and then Capitol, he founded his own label, Reprise, in 1960. In the Wee Small Hours, Songs for Swingin' Lovers and Come Fly with Me date from that period. Born in 1915, died in 1998.
