Claude François
Born in Ismailia in 1939 and died in Paris in 1978, at thirty-nine. More than seventy million records sold. Comme d'habitude, co-written with Jacques Revaux, became My Way in Paul Anka's hands and one of the most covered songs in the world. He built his shows on choreography and staging that had no precedent in France.
