Chet Baker
Born in Oklahoma in 1929 and died in Amsterdam in 1988, a trumpeter and singer of West Coast jazz. Chet Baker Sings, in 1954, established a thin voice at the opposite of the standards of the time, and divided as much as it charmed. His career, long interrupted, resumed in Europe in the 1970s.
