Michel Berger
Born in Neuilly in 1947 and died in 1992 at forty-four. A writer, composer and producer, he wrote for France Gall, Françoise Hardy and Johnny Hallyday. Starmania, written with Luc Plamondon in 1978, remains the most performed French rock opera. La Groupie du pianiste and Le Paradis blanc are his standards.
