Iron Maiden
Bassist Steve Harris founded the band in east London on Christmas Day 1975. The Number of the Beast, released in 1982, remains their best-selling album, with more than eight million copies. The band has sold more than 130 million records and marked fifty years on stage in 2025 with the Run for Your Lives tour.
