Art Garfunkel
American singer born in 1941 in Queens, half of the duo Simon & Garfunkel with Paul Simon, whom he met in primary school. The duo made The Sound of Silence, Mrs. Robinson, The Boxer and Bridge over Troubled Water before splitting in 1970. Garfunkel then carried on solo.
