Ramin Djawadi
Born in Duisburg in 1974 and trained at Berklee, he wrote the music for all eight seasons of Game of Thrones, which earned him two consecutive Emmys in 2018 and 2019 out of seven nominations. He also scored Westworld, Iron Man and Pacific Rim. He is a synaesthete and associates sounds with colours.
