Mac Demarco
Born in British Columbia in 1990, he built a recognisable sound between chorused guitars and dragging rhythms, which he calls jizz jazz himself. Here Comes the Cowboy entered the Billboard 200 at number ten in 2019. Heart to Heart gave him his first Hot 100 entry four years later, carried by TikTok.
