Jhené Aiko
Born in Los Angeles in 1988, she sang backing vocals for B2K before a first album was abandoned. The mixtape Sailing Soul(s), in 2011, restarted everything. The EP Sail Out entered the Billboard 200 at number eight in 2013, The Worst is certified quintuple platinum, and Chilombo reached number two in 2020 with three Grammy nominations.
