A former pastry chef turned singer late in the day, Christophe Martichon passed through the musical Le Roi Soleil before releasing Mon paradis in 2007. The record is certified diamond, 1,600,000 copies. On trace la route followed in 2010, diamond as well. All his albums have entered the sales charts straight at number one in France and Belgium.
