Charlotte Aitchison, born in Cambridge in 1992, first wrote for others and made her name with I Love It with Icona Pop and then Iggy Azalea's Fancy. Brat, in 2024, went to number one in the United Kingdom and earned the best Metacritic score of the year. The album won her three Grammy Awards in 2025, including best dance or electronic album.
