Alpha Diallo, a French-Guinean born in Paris in 1984, was part of Sexion d'Assaut from 2002 to 2013 before going solo. Les Yeux plus gros que le monde came out in March 2014, went diamond and sold 530,000 copies that same year. The single Sur ma route topped the French sales chart. Best French artist at the 2015 MTV Europe Music Awards.
