First a solo project by Dan Smith, the London band came together in 2010 and owes its name to 14 July, the singer's birthday. Bad Blood, in 2013, went to the top of the British sales chart, as did Wild World and Give Me the Future. Pompeii peaked at number two in the United Kingdom. More than eleven million records sold.
