Your print has arrived. Here is everything you need to enjoy it — and to discover what the frame can do.
Hanging your print
No drilling. Your print comes with an adhesive hook: stick it to the wall, hang the frame on it, done.
- Stick the hook to a clean, dry, smooth surface and let it set before hanging the frame.
- Recommended height: the centre of the print about 1.5 m from the floor, at eye level.
- For a series of prints, leave 5 to 8 cm between frames.
- Avoid direct sunlight: the print will keep its colours for years.
And you can change it whenever you like. The frame lifts off and swaps in a second — one wall, many albums.
Make your print play
An NFC chip is built into the frame. Tap your phone against it and the album starts in your music app.
- iPhone — tap the top of your phone against the frame, screen on and unlocked. A notification appears: tap it.
- Android — check NFC is enabled in your settings, then tap the back of your phone against the frame.
- Move your phone slowly across the frame until it responds, holding it still for a second or two.
- A very thick or metal case can block the signal: remove it if nothing happens.

A photo of your print on the wall helps future buyers picture it. It takes two minutes, and it means a lot to us.
